Frequently Asked Questions

Yes of course! My main focus is on athletes but I can work with any people feeling pressure when doing performance such as musicians, bussinessmen, firefighters, etc.

It is individual, but primary results show up after 6 to 10 sessions.

Mental training takes time. It is individual, but it is recommended to have a session once per week or 2 weeks.

No worries! None has to know that you attend sessions with sport psychologist. Confidentiality is part of my ethical practice.
